Call to tender for the General contractor for the construction of the future Austrian exhibition at Auschwitz

The National Fund of the Republic of Austria for Victims of National Socialism is seeking to hire a general contractor to realize the interior design concept for the future Austrian exhibition in Block 17 on the site of the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial. The two-stage call to tender for this role is an upper-threshold procurement and has been open since 30 April 2020.

Subject of the call to tender is the construction and installation of the entire exhibition furniture and the installation of the necessary technical equipment. The future contractor must assess all components in terms of both statics and construction and carry out the required detailed planning. The procurement procedure will be conducted in German; the contract language is German.
