Responsibilities:

Head of the Finance and Human Resources Department.

Responsible for finance, human resources and project management.

Management, control and organization of all operational processes and services.

Optimization of structural and operational processes with the involvement of the staff members responsible for the specific areas.

Development and implementation of resource allocation as well as responsibility for budget and personnel.

Education:

Diploma in Psychology with focus on Business and Social Psychology, University of Vienna (Mag. rer. nat.)

Master studies in Business Administration and Business Psychology with focus on HR Management, Ferdinand Porsche FernFH (MA)
